Since its inception in 2008, Classic Events has worked at venues such as the Ellis Island Immigration Museum, The New York Public Library, The Plaza Hotel, The Rainbow Room, The Mandarin Hotel, The Central Park Zoo, The Frick Museum, The Pierre Hotel, The Whitney Museum, The Metropolitan Club among many others, as well as private homes, venues, and vineyards throughout the Hamptons and the North Fork. While based in New York City, Danielle and her associates gladly travel for events and have produced destination weddings in locations counting The Cloisters in Sea Island, Georgia, The Harvard Club in Boston, estates in Connecticut and New Jersey, and a Family Farm in Westchester County, NY.

Founder and creative director, Danielle Elder began her professional career 19 years ago in publishing at Random House, Inc. rising to Director of Promotions within one of the most prestigious imprints in the company, Alfred A. Knopf. For over a decade, she launched the national marketing, PR, promotion and advertising campaigns for numerous bestselling authors and celebrities.
